Inc. Plan (USA) was launched as a full service
incorporating firm in 1990. Since then, we have helped thousands
of entrepreneurs generate tax savings and protect their personal
assets by forming (and representing) their corporations in 50 states.We
also serve the international business market.
Our firm is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
We provide all aspects of incorporating services, including the initial
state filing, ongoing maintenance for the corporation, service as
Registered Agent and mail forwarding. Our objective is to offer efficient
and helpful service at the lowest possible cost. Our large (and growing)
client base is mostly built on referrals .This clearly reflects the
high level of satisfaction that our customers enjoy.
In 2002, Inc. Plan (USA) launched a number of new services
that are very helpful to small and medium sized businesses. These
services include professional Website development, the printing of
high grade business stationary and a special service that helps prepare
many of the corporate documents that are frequently required by banks
and other institutions.

Inc. Plan (USA) is affiliated with Corporate Holding Services, Inc. (CHS),
a highly respected Delaware company that provides customized services for a
limited number of major investment holding companies.CHS is located in a historic
section of downtown Wilmington, Delaware. It coordinates with major domestic
and foreign corporations that maintain combined assets of over one billion
dollars in Delaware based financial institutions.

For thirteen years, until 1989, Henry H. Beckler, President
of both Inc. Plan (USA) and Corporate Holding Services, Inc., was
Director of Corporate Special Services with Bank of Delaware (now
PNC). In addition, he has been a Registered Agent in the State of
Delaware for over 15 years. He began his career as an officer of
Chase Manhattan Bank. Following Chase, he was CFO and Director of
a regional food company.

Caroline Quigley, Executive Vice President
of Administration, holds an MBA degree from Columbia University.
She worked for many years as an executive in major New York
City advertising agencies. Her clients, which ranged from Playboy
to Wonderbread, included many Fortune 500 companies. |

Jacques Luben, Executive Vice President of Marketing,
is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an
MBA degree from Columbia University. He has occupied management
positions at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in New York City.
In addition, for 15 years, he served as the Executive Director
of Platinum Guild International (USA), a leading mining trade
association with offices in six countries. |
