Robert (Bob) Ellis heads up Wells College’s Sullivan Center for Business & Entrepreneurship where he:
-Develops programs, including the new Innovation Lab, Entrepreneurship Week (a business plan contest for for-profit and social organizations), and a student-run private equity fund
-Teaches courses in business and entrepreneurship
-Identifies internship, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for Wells’ students
-Assists in fund raising for the Center
Bob has started ten de novo organizations as both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur in the financial services, internet, real estate, consulting and educational spaces.
Bob is a wealth management consultant who had previously been a senior executive with over twenty years P&L leadership in retail sales and marketing of financial products and services. He is a Securities Principal and a former CPA.
Bob graduated from business schools at the University of Michigan (BBA) and Harvard University (MBA).
