For thirteen years, until 1989, Henry H. Beckler, President of both Inc. Plan (USA) and Corporate Holding Services, Inc., was Director of Corporate Special Services with Bank of Delaware (now PNC). In addition, he has been a Registered Agent in the State of Delaware for over 15 years. He began his career as an officer of Chase Manhattan Bank. Following Chase, he was CFO and Director of a regional food company.

Caroline Quigley, Executive Vice President of Administration, holds an MBA degree from Columbia University. She worked for many years as an executive in major New York City advertising agencies. Her clients, which ranged from Playboy to Wonderbread, included many Fortune 500 companies.

Jacques Luben, Executive Vice President of Marketing, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA degree from Columbia University. He has occupied management positions at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in New York City. In addition, for 15 years, he served as the Executive Director of Platinum Guild International (USA), a leading mining trade association with offices in six countries.
