Your business must find and solve a general problem

“It all starts with understanding the problem you’re solving. Once you find out the problem, you’re able to recruit great minds who can communicate that.” Sean Rad says. Clear cut-roles are essential from the very beginning

However, every startup must have a very well defined division of labor with clear expectations. “Creating more clear boundaries in the company creates a clear purpose for everyone”, Sean Rad claims.

Taking advantage of the market trends and opportunities before your competitors do, translates into a successful startup. “There’s a desire to better understand your environment and your opportunities”, Tinder cofounder says.
